KSM Electronics is composed of an educated, highly experienced staff that provides certified in-house training for all employees. When necessary, KSM will also instruct to specific customer standards in order to comply with their production and quality assurance requirements. Moreover, KSM provides and supports a continuous managerial curriculum in order to build and sustain a solid team within our organization.

We place a strong emphasis on our employees' knowledge and certifications, and we believe in promoting from within our organization. We train beyond IPC Certification by offering classes in Conflict Management, Delegation, and Organized Communication and Leadership Skills. This curriculum provides the foundation for future management personnel and helps to improve employee retention.

KSM is extremely sensitive to the various industries that we support. As such, our manufacturing capability extends across a core competency that includes coax & micro coax, flat ribbon, discrete wire, fiber optic, IEC, flat flex, and USB requirements. We provide a minimum of Class II training for all production personnel. When necessary, Class III instruction and affiliated certifications will be conducted. These requirements are combined with continuous internal and external training to support IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, J-STD001, MIL-I-45208A, as well as UL and CSA Standards. Remaining vigilant in our training and our expectations contributes to KSM’s ability to maintain our manufacturing expertise across all production lines.
