Computer Aided Design can assist in the consolidation of your bill of materials, wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, cable harness drawings, and photographic renderings of a finished product, supporting early pre-production and prototype manufacturing.

Our D&D Program is intended to assist you during the initial phase of your project. Similar to ESI, the design and development program is focused on efforts made before there are any drawings started or material procured. Use the experience and knowledge of our design department to help you find solutions to your challenge. We will offer different options and products that will be based on your specific needs, with cost competitive objectivity and prototype/pre-production support.
During the Pre-Production or Prototype stages, Real time modifications, updates or changes are of paramount importance to developing programs. We understand the critical need to implement, running changes & modifications without jeopardizing a targeted scheduled timeline. In developing our Early Supplier Involvement initiative, we have proven examples of what we term Real Time changes. We can review, redline, update, modify, change or replace just about any aspect of documentation within a Web-Conferencing format. All proposed changes can be uploaded for discussion & based upon requirement & authorization protocols, these changes or modifications can be reviewed & approved in a single meeting.
